Christina’s passion is to provide individual counseling to clients of all ages and support personal growth in reaching their goals through assistance, compassion, and unwavering empathy. Christina’s education—along with her work experience in public service and volunteering for a victim’s unit in serving those impacted by crime—are foundational to her therapeutic skills.

Christina is an Adlerian and person-centered therapist who incorporates the client’s worldview in her therapeutic approach. She seeks to demonstrate empathy and offer clients encouragement along with unconditional positive regard throughout the therapy process.

As everyone experiences living in an ever-changing world, Christina’s goal is to assist clients in resolving life challenges that may arise through discovering self-acceptance and their ability to make their own choices. Christina works alongside clients to provide collaborative and communicative support on their goals. Each person has inherent value, offers their own unique experience and perception, and is entitled to a life of happiness.
